  • Freaked Out Moment

So I was absent from Xanga for a while. (Yes, I betrayed Xanga and went back to my WordPress blog since about a week or so now.) I just discovered something while I was looking at the 'Stats' page. It was quite freaky actually. Someone actually 'googled' my username. So much for hiding all those times, huh?

I'm sure it happens a lot to the more popular Xangans and bloggers in general. How did it feel when you discovered that someone was searching for you? (Or for your information, etc.)

  • Miss No Good: Episode 11

Episode 11 continues from the point where Tang Men and Jia Si Le are still talking about their fair competition as Xiao Hua steps out from the shop (after Jiang Ba Ba convinced her of Tang Men's words) to witness Tang Men saying, "I won't let you have Xiao Hua!" Touched or what? (LOL) She have no idea what they were talking about. Leave it up to Xiao Hua to just hug Tang Men right then and there out in the street where everyone - far and near - could see them.

Tang Men: "Everyone is staring at us."
Xiao Hua: "They don't know me."
Tang Men: "But they know me."

Gotta give them credit for that! LOL!

Jiang Ba Ba praying? That's news to me! No, wait. Not really news but he has a strange way of praying that it's hard not to laugh.

Oh yea, what else? How can the episode miss a hilarious scene of Dou Zi and Lai Rui Ke? Yes, Dou Zi finally gets to go home.

How romantic! Xiao Hua waiting for Tang Men to come home. Greeting at his doorstep, nice scene, eh? (NOT)

Xiao Hua and her imaginative mind! HuHu is back! (LOL) Xiao Hua immitating Tang Men's gestures! Way too funny!

This episode has a lot of hilarious scenes versus the past. Hopefully it doesn't end there.

  • Song of Everlasting Sorrow: Part IV Review

As the story progresses further along, I'm quite convinced that beauty is a crime. Yes, it seems to cost Qi Yao trouble more than anything. Even when she's finally mature and realizes her father's words are true, but she couldn't stop or avoid those problems from happening no matter how hard she tries to hide herself or try to walk away from the drama. (Hope that this time it won't be too gruesome although Qi Yao has really grown and is a stronger person than 8 years ago.)

On a side note, I must give some credit to Lei Lei for enduring such pain/ suffering in order to succeed/ achieve. She seriously could endure marrying someone just for the sake of her career. I could almost feel sorry for her when seeing the exact scene of reality striking down on her. But it's a bit extreme to just decide on the spot like that and then realizing the outcome and it's too late to turn back.

Looking on the bright side, Mr. Chen is finally back after so many hardships that he'd gone through to prove himself capable. Hopefully he didn't get conned and could finally get his paper work through with the government. (He seriously needs to come back because he's in danger! Someone's moving in on his territory! He needs to come back to protect his precious gem! )

Question: Why do they always display such delicious foods? Makes me want to try it out too.

  • Song of Everlasting Sorrow: Part III Review

I'm beginning to think that Tse Kwan Ho is made for tragic roles. I swear every time there's this sadness tint in his eyes, I couldn't help but feel the utmost sympathy for him. The feeling of wanting to find out what happened is just too torturing and one couldn't blame him for wanting to know either. After getting back to his normal daily life, it seems like Mr. Chen couldn't help but wonder more about what could have been. It might be bringing up more unrest thoughts. Hope it won't destroy him all over again though. However, it is definitely a bad choice to rely on Lei Lei for assistance at such a time. (Major bad move.)

All aside from Yao Yao's actions, I think that it's quite touching with the last talk between her and Bei Zhen, regarding their separation as friends - and how Bei Zhen is going to Hong Kong after her wedding. Their bond is actually a truth bond - unlike those others who only criticize of Yao Yao. This scene also shows a vulnerable side of Yao Yao since she seems very strong willed regarding her decision and how she said she could care less whether she gets married or not - or have an official one. But upon hearing Bei Zhen's news, there's a trace of jealousy coming from her. But luckily she realizes that Bei Zhen's just trying to share the news with her because they're best friends.

It's interesting and that I think it might be karma, not to mention irony, stabbing right back at Yao Yao as she steps onto a path that probably causes her misery in the days to come. Using drugs to take away her pain? Sounds too familiar. Yes, the reason why I said karma and irony. But I think this just shows that the more perfect someone's on the surface, the more flaws there are below. Maybe the facade is just there to protect them temporarily from those outer attacks. When within one's own comfort zone and back into his or her own environment, the truth unfolds.
